2. PickSharper is not a gambling platform
PickSharper is not a sportsbook, betting operator, gambling platform, casino, lottery, prize-game operator, wagering service, financial service, or real-money gaming platform.
Users cannot:

PickSharper does not accept wagers and does not provide gambling services.
3. Odds and betting-related information
PickSharper may display odds, implied probabilities, simulated returns, ROI-style metrics, net-profit-style metrics, or similar analytics.
These are provided only for informational and analytical purposes.
Odds shown on PickSharper:
- may be delayed;
- may be inaccurate;
- may change before or during a match;
- may come from third-party data providers;
- are not an offer to gamble;
- are not an invitation to place a bet;
- are not a recommendation to use any sportsbook or betting service;
- cannot be used to place a bet through PickSharper.
PickSharper does not link to betting sites at launch.
PickSharper does not guarantee that any odds, prediction, statistic, probability, ranking, or analysis is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any specific purpose.
4. Eligibility and age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit predictions, comment, follow users, appear on leaderboards, or use community features.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you will comply with these Terms;
- you will use PickSharper only for lawful purposes.
People under 18 may view publicly available content only where access is not restricted. They may not create an account, submit predictions, comment, follow users, or participate in community features.
PickSharper may suspend or delete accounts if we believe the user does not meet the age requirement.
5. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account.
At launch, account registration may require:
- email address;
- password;
- username;
- confirmation that you are at least 18 years old;
- acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy & Cookies Policy.
Real names and phone numbers are not required at launch.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login details secure;
- all activity under your account;
- making sure your account information is accurate;
- notifying PickSharper if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not:
- create multiple accounts;
- share, sell, transfer, or rent your account;
- create accounts for other people;
- impersonate another person, brand, team, player, or organization;
- use usernames that are offensive, misleading, infringing, abusive, or deceptive;
- use automated tools to create accounts.
PickSharper may refuse, suspend, rename, restrict, or remove usernames at its discretion.
At launch, users may not be able to change usernames directly.
6. Public profiles and prediction history
PickSharper accounts are public by default.
Your public profile may show:
- username;
- prediction history;
- comments;
- notes attached to predictions;
- rankings;
- leaderboard positions;
- performance statistics;
- virtual points activity;
- ROI-style and net-profit-style statistics;
- win rate;
- win streak;
- follower count;
- following activity;
- badges or status indicators;
- comparison against other users or AI predictions.
Prediction history may remain visible indefinitely unless you delete it or your account, or PickSharper removes or restricts it.
If you delete your account, your predictions, comments, rankings, and related records are permanently removed (see Section 22). Aggregate platform statistics that do not identify you may remain.
7. Predictions
At launch, PickSharper supports football predictions.
Prediction types may include:
- 1X2;
- totals;
- both teams to score;
- corners;
- cards;
- and other football-related prediction categories.
Predictions lock before match start.
Once submitted, predictions may not be editable or deletable unless PickSharper allows this through platform features or moderation tools.
Predictions may become public immediately after submission.
PickSharper may void, correct, remove, recalculate, or adjust predictions if:
- match data is incorrect;
- odds data is incorrect;
- a match is postponed;
- a match is cancelled;
- a match is abandoned;
- a match is rescheduled;
- official results change;
- third-party data changes;
- market data is missing;
- card or corner data is unavailable;
- suspicious or manipulative activity is detected;
- the prediction violates these Terms or platform rules;
- a technical error affects the prediction or scoring.
Detailed prediction rules may be explained separately in the Prediction & Ranking Rules.
8. Virtual points, simulated returns, rankings, and leaderboards
PickSharper may use virtual points, simulated stakes, simulated returns, ROI-style metrics, net-profit-style metrics, win rate, win streak, most-active rankings, most-followed rankings, biggest-win rankings, biggest-odds rankings, badges, and other performance indicators.
These metrics are for informational, social, analytical, competitive, and entertainment purposes only.
PickSharper may allocate users a daily virtual points balance, such as 1,000 virtual points per day, which users can use inside PickSharper for prediction and ranking purposes.
Virtual points, simulated stakes, simulated returns, rankings, badges, streaks, and other platform metrics:
- are not money;
- are not real stakes;
- are not financial instruments;
- have no cash value;
- cannot be deposited;
- cannot be withdrawn;
- cannot be sold;
- cannot be transferred outside PickSharper;
- cannot be exchanged for money;
- cannot be redeemed for prizes;
- do not represent gambling activity.
Prediction performance may be calculated using the displayed odds at the time the prediction is submitted. Once a prediction is submitted, the displayed odds for that prediction may be locked for scoring purposes.
Wrong predictions may affect simulated net profit, ROI-style statistics, win rate, streaks, rankings, and other metrics, even where they do not deduct platform points in the same way as correct predictions add simulated performance.
PickSharper may offer daily, weekly, monthly, all-time, or other leaderboard formats.
Minimum-prediction requirements may apply before users appear on certain leaderboards. For example, ranked boards such as ROI and win rate require at least 10 settled predictions; some boards have no minimum.
Tie-breakers may include:
- ROI-style performance;
- accuracy;
- number of predictions;
- latest activity;
- other ranking criteria selected by PickSharper.
PickSharper may change scoring formulas, ranking rules, leaderboard visibility, eligibility requirements, or statistical calculations at any time.
PickSharper may exclude users from rankings if we detect manipulation, abuse, fake accounts, bot activity, or other unfair behavior.
9. AI predictions and automated analysis
PickSharper publishes AI-generated predictions through platform AI predictors — distinct accounts that post predictions, confidence percentages, explanations, and automated match analysis. These are platform-generated. The statistical match insights shown elsewhere (form, probabilities, head-to-head) come from PickSharper's third-party sports-data provider.
AI predictions and AI predictor accounts are labeled as AI-generated or platform-generated, and AI predictors are ranked on a separate AI leaderboard rather than against human users.
AI predictions are:
- automated;
- probabilistic;
- experimental;
- not guaranteed;
- not professional advice;
- not betting advice;
- not financial advice;
- not a recommendation to gamble.
AI predictions may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or based on incorrect data.
You should not rely on AI predictions as a guaranteed forecast of any match or sporting event.
PickSharper may use third-party AI models, APIs, or software providers, including external and local AI systems, to generate or support AI features.
PickSharper does not use user content to train external AI models unless this is separately disclosed in the Privacy & Cookies Policy.
PickSharper may use platform activity, historical predictions, aggregated data, and anonymized data to improve rankings, analytics, AI features, and product quality, subject to the Privacy & Cookies Policy.
AI predictions may be included in separate leaderboards, comparison features, platform rankings, or public displays. PickSharper may decide whether AI predictions appear together with user predictions or separately.
10. Sports data and third-party providers
PickSharper may use third-party data providers, including API-SPORTS, to display football data, match information, live scores, odds, referee data, team data, player data, fixtures, results, and statistics.
Sports data may be:
- delayed;
- incomplete;
- inaccurate;
- corrected after publication;
- unavailable due to technical issues;
- different from other data sources;
- subject to third-party provider restrictions.
PickSharper does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of third-party data.
PickSharper may correct or recalculate predictions, rankings, points, results, or statistics if underlying data changes.
At launch, users may not have a formal dispute process for incorrect match results or scoring. PickSharper admins may review and resolve scoring issues at their discretion.
11. Community features
PickSharper may allow users to:
- comment on matches;
- comment on predictions;
- add notes to predictions;
- follow other users;
- interact with public profiles;
- share opinions, analysis, and football-related discussion.
You are responsible for the content you post.
You may not post content that is:

- illegal;
- infringing;
- designed to manipulate rankings;
- designed to scam users;
- designed to promote illegal activity;
- harmful to PickSharper, users, teams, players, officials, or third parties.
Mild profanity may be tolerated where it is not aggressive, abusive, targeted, hateful, or disruptive. Insults toward users, teams, players, referees, staff, or other individuals are not allowed.

Some content may remain visible where technically necessary, legally required, already shared, anonymized, included in rankings, or needed for platform integrity.
You may not post content unless you have the right to do so.
16. PickSharper intellectual property
