PickSharper Responsible Use / No Gambling Notice

PickSharper is a football prediction, analytics, and community platform.
PickSharper is not a gambling platform.
1. No betting or wagering on PickSharper
PickSharper does not allow users to:
- deposit money;
- withdraw money;
- stake real money;
- place real-money bets;
- win money;
- receive cash prizes;
- receive non-cash prizes;
- exchange virtual points for money;
- exchange rankings, badges, or simulated results for value.
PickSharper does not accept wagers and does not operate as a sportsbook, betting operator, casino, lottery, prize-game operator, or real-money gaming service.
2. Predictions are informational only
Predictions, odds, rankings, statistics, virtual points, simulated returns, ROI-style metrics, net-profit-style metrics, and AI outputs on PickSharper are provided for:
- information;
- analysis;
- education;
- social competition;
- entertainment.
They are not financial advice, betting advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.
3. Odds do not mean betting is available
PickSharper may display odds as part of football analysis.
Odds shown on PickSharper:
- may be delayed;
- may be inaccurate;
- may change;
- may come from third-party data providers;
- are not an invitation to gamble;
- are not a recommendation to use a sportsbook;
- cannot be used to place bets through PickSharper.
PickSharper does not link to betting sites at launch.
4. Virtual points have no monetary value
PickSharper may use virtual points, simulated stakes, simulated returns, ROI-style metrics, and leaderboards.
These are only platform metrics.
They cannot be:
- bought for real money at launch;
- sold;
- transferred outside PickSharper;
- withdrawn;
- exchanged for cash;
- exchanged for prizes;
- used as gambling value.
5. AI predictions are not guarantees
PickSharper publishes AI-generated predictions, confidence percentages, explanations, and match analysis through platform AI predictors. These are probabilistic and may be wrong.
AI predictions are not:
- guaranteed outcomes;
- betting advice;
- financial advice;
- professional advice;
- a recommendation to gamble.
6. Use PickSharper responsibly
Use PickSharper as a football analytics and community platform.
Do not use PickSharper to:
- arrange bets with other users;
- promote gambling;
- post sportsbook links;
- post bookmaker referral links;
- sell paid predictions;
- promote paid prediction groups;
- pressure others to gamble;
- claim guaranteed results.
7. Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit predictions, comment, follow users, or use community features.
People under 18 may only view publicly available content where access is not restricted.
8. External decisions are your responsibility
PickSharper is not responsible for any external decisions users make outside the platform.
If a user chooses to gamble, bet, spend money, or use a third-party service outside PickSharper, that is outside PickSharper and is the user’s own responsibility.
PickSharper does not encourage or facilitate gambling.
