PickSharper Community Rules

PickSharper is a community for football predictions, discussion, rankings, and analysis.

These Community Rules explain what is allowed and not allowed when using PickSharper community features, including comments, notes, profiles, follows, rankings, and public activity.

1. Basic rule

Use PickSharper respectfully and honestly.

Do not use PickSharper to abuse people, manipulate rankings, promote scams, promote gambling services, or disrupt the platform.

2. No gambling activity

PickSharper is not a gambling platform.

Do not use PickSharper to:

  • arrange bets;
  • collect money;
  • request money;
  • offer paid picks;
  • promote gambling services;
  • promote sportsbooks;
  • post bookmaker links;
  • post referral links;
  • invite users to external paid-prediction groups;
  • use virtual points as money.

3. Respectful communication

You may discuss football, teams, players, referees, tactics, predictions, odds, and results.

You may not post:

  • harassment;
  • threats;
  • targeted abuse;
  • hate speech;
  • discrimination;
  • serious insults toward users, teams, players, referees, staff, or other people;
  • defamatory claims;
  • repeated provocation;
  • content intended to humiliate or attack another user.

Mild profanity may be tolerated where it is not aggressive, hateful, targeted, or disruptive.

4. No insults toward teams, players, referees, or users

Strong opinions are allowed. Abuse is not.

Examples of acceptable discussion:

  • “That was a poor tactical setup.”
  • “I think the referee made a bad call.”
  • “This team is overrated based on recent form.”

Examples of prohibited content:

  • personal abuse toward players or referees;
  • repeated targeted insults;
  • hateful or discriminatory comments;
  • threats;
  • harassment of users because of prediction results.

5. No spam

Do not post:

  • repeated comments;
  • irrelevant content;
  • promotional spam;
  • copy-pasted messages;
  • engagement farming;
  • fake discussion;
  • misleading offers;
  • automated comments;
  • mass mentions or repeated tagging if such features are added.

6. No scams or misleading content

Do not post:

  • fake offers;
  • investment schemes;
  • paid prediction scams;
  • guaranteed-win claims;
  • payment requests;
  • fake giveaways;
  • impersonation attempts;
  • phishing attempts;
  • misleading links;
  • malware links.

7. External links are not allowed at launch

External links are not allowed at launch unless PickSharper expressly permits them.

The following are prohibited:

  • sportsbook links;
  • bookmaker links;
  • gambling affiliate links;
  • referral links;
  • Telegram paid-pick groups;
  • WhatsApp paid-pick groups;
  • Discord paid-pick groups;
  • paid prediction services;
  • scam links;
  • malware links;
  • phishing links;
  • illegal-content links.

PickSharper may remove external links without notice.

8. No paid prediction promotion

Users may not use PickSharper to promote, sell, advertise, or redirect users to paid prediction services.

This includes:

  • selling picks in comments;
  • asking users to message outside PickSharper;
  • promoting paid Telegram/WhatsApp/Discord groups;
  • advertising “VIP picks”;
  • claiming guaranteed profit;
  • offering betting tips for payment.

9. No fake accounts or multiple accounts

Users may not create or use multiple accounts.

Users may not create fake accounts to:

  • manipulate rankings;
  • follow themselves;
  • boost visibility;
  • attack other users;
  • evade bans;
  • spam the platform;
  • impersonate others.

10. No ranking manipulation

Do not manipulate or attempt to manipulate:

  • predictions;
  • virtual points;
  • simulated profit;
  • ROI-style statistics;
  • win rate;
  • streaks;
  • leaderboards;
  • follower counts;
  • badges;
  • user reputation.

PickSharper may remove manipulated results and suspend or ban accounts.

11. No bots, scraping, or automation

Do not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to:

  • create accounts;
  • submit predictions;
  • scrape data;
  • copy user activity;
  • manipulate leaderboards;
  • overload the platform;
  • bypass platform limits.

12. User-generated content

You are responsible for the content you post.

Do not post content that is:

  • illegal;
  • abusive;
  • hateful;
  • discriminatory;
  • sexually explicit;
  • violent or graphic;
  • misleading;
  • infringing;
  • defamatory;
  • private personal information about someone else;
  • harmful to PickSharper or users.

13. Reporting and moderation

At beta launch, full in-product reporting tools may not be available.

Users may report abuse, scams, suspicious accounts, moderation issues, or rule violations by emailing:

Include:

  • your username;
  • the reported username, if applicable;
  • a link or screenshot if available;
  • a short explanation of the issue.

14. Moderation actions

PickSharper may take moderation action with or without notice.

Actions may include:

  • removing comments;
  • removing notes;
  • removing links;
  • hiding content;
  • warning users;
  • restricting accounts;
  • voiding predictions;
  • adjusting rankings;
  • removing users from leaderboards;
  • suspending accounts;
  • permanently banning accounts.

15. Appeals

Users may appeal moderation decisions by contacting:

PickSharper will review appeals at its discretion.

PickSharper is not required to restore removed content, accounts, predictions, rankings, or virtual points.

16. Beta expectations

PickSharper is in beta.

Moderation systems, reporting tools, filters, and community protections may change during beta.

PickSharper may update these Community Rules as the platform grows.
