You may contact PickSharper for:

  • account support;
  • login issues;
  • email verification issues;
  • password reset issues;
  • account deletion requests;
  • data access requests;
  • privacy questions;

  • suspicious account reports;
  • scam reports;
  • moderation appeals;
  • leaderboard or scoring issues;

Account deletion

You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings → Danger zone — this is immediate and permanent.

If you need help, email contact@picksharper.com with:

  • your PickSharper username;
  • the email address connected to your account;
  • a clear statement that you want your account deleted.

Deletion permanently removes your account and linked data from the live database; encrypted backups are rotated within 30 days.

Data access

To request available account data, email:

PickSharper does not offer automated data export at beta launch.

PickSharper may need to verify your identity before responding to a data request.

Abuse and moderation reports

To report abuse, spam, scams, fake accounts, external links, paid-prediction promotion, gambling promotion, or suspicious behavior, email:

Include, where available:

  • your username;
  • the reported username;
  • a link to the relevant page;
  • screenshots;
  • a short explanation of the issue.

Appeals

To appeal a moderation action, suspension, or ban, email:

Include:

  • your username;
  • the email address connected to your account;
  • what action you are appealing;
  • why you believe the decision should be reviewed.

PickSharper reviews appeals at its discretion.

Bug reports

To report bugs, email:

Helpful details include:

  • browser and device;
  • screenshot or screen recording if available;
  • page URL;
  • what you expected to happen;
  • what actually happened;
  • steps to reproduce the issue.

Response times

PickSharper does not guarantee a specific response time during beta.

Requests are reviewed based on urgency, safety, legal importance, platform impact, and available capacity.
